No s\u00e1bado (10), o Sesi-DF abriu as portas da unidade de Taguatinga para toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e promoveu diversas a\u00e7\u00f5es de incentivo \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica esportiva em mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Esporte Cidadania. A parceria do Sesi e da Rede Globo, que passou por todos os estados brasileiros, ofereceu um dia inteiro de atividades para um p\u00fablico rotativo de 7 mil pessoas, atendendo quase 4 mil em modalidades como atletismo, futebol, jud\u00f4, gin\u00e1stica r\u00edtmica desportiva, nata\u00e7\u00e3o, futsal, voleibol, basquetebol e oficinas de badiminton, dan\u00e7a e jump. No local, havia, ainda, brinquedos infl\u00e1veis tamb\u00e9m dispon\u00edveis durante todo o dia.<\/p>\n
O Esporte Cidadania \u00e9 conhecido tamb\u00e9m por reunir atletas renomados dando seu exemplo para crian\u00e7as e jovens. Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, o Sesi-DF reuniu o time de basquete UniCeub\/BRB\/Bras\u00edlia, o \u00fanico clube brasileiro campe\u00e3o da\u00a0Liga das Am\u00e9ricas e detentor do maior p\u00fablico registrado em uma partida de basquete realizada no Brasil (24 mil torcedores). Para o capit\u00e3o do time, Alex Garcia, a honra de estar no evento \u00e9 da equipe. \u201cAdoramos receber o carinho do p\u00fablico e poder passar pra frente nossa experi\u00eancia de lutas e vit\u00f3rias\u201d, avalia o atleta. Quem tamb\u00e9m marcou presen\u00e7a no Sesi Taguatinga foi o atleta ol\u00edmpico Hugo Parisi. O brasiliense, que j\u00e1 esteve em tr\u00eas Olimp\u00edadas na modalidade de saltos ornamentais, ficou impressionado com a estrutura oferecida para os participantes. \u201cN\u00e3o h\u00e1 d\u00favidas de que \u00e9 muito bonito este trabalho de apresentar o esporte como alternativa para tirar crian\u00e7as e adolescentes das ruas, sujeitos \u00e0 marginalidade\u201d, observou. Outro atleta que participou do Esporte Cidadania foi o ciclista Rodrigo Morceg\u00e3o. \u201cUm show de cidadania\u201d, ele definiu.<\/p>\n

Um diferencial desta edi\u00e7\u00e3o do evento foi a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas industriais que apadrinharam algumas modalidades esportivas, como a Gravia Perfilados de A\u00e7o (Jud\u00f4 e Gin\u00e1stica R\u00edtmica), Entherm (Futebol), Vivo (Futsal), Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Tel\u00e9grafos ECT-DF (Nata\u00e7\u00e3o e Duathlon), Brasal (Atletismo) e Novacap (Voleibol). Todas estas empresas participam anualmente dos Jogos Poliesportivos do Sesi (Jopese), enviando e apoiando trabalhadores para as competi\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cNossa empresa avalia que o esporte tem uma s\u00e9rie de vantagens, principalmente na \u00e1rea infantil, ensinando as crian\u00e7as no aprendizado das derrotas e vit\u00f3rias e nos valores como parceria e coletividade, al\u00e9m de reduzir custos com sa\u00fade\u201d, explica a empres\u00e1ria Edilene Gravia.<\/p>\n
O Esporte Cidadania \u00e9 uma iniciativa do Servi\u00e7o Social da Ind\u00fastria (Sesi) e da Rede Globo, utilizando o esporte como ferramenta de inclus\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o social. Trata-se de uma das solu\u00e7\u00f5es sociais que o Sesi apresenta para a iniciativa privada como uma possibilidade de exercer a responsabilidade social empresarial. Essa a\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m das atividades desenvolvidas em um \u00fanico dia do ano, possibilita uma deriva\u00e7\u00e3o para projetos sociais mais duradouros. Dessa forma, ap\u00f3s o dia da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, as empresas poder\u00e3o optar por dar continuidade ao Esporte Cidadania desenvolvendo um projeto social em uma determinada comunidade, agregando a\u00e7\u00f5es ao seu programa de investimento social privado. \u201cO esporte \u00e9 o melhor caminho para a qualidade de vida, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de valores e a inclus\u00e3o social\u201d, conclui o gerente de Lazer, Esporte e Cultura do Sesi-DF, Rafael Galv\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
