A a\u00e7\u00e3o, finalizada com o espet\u00e1culo teatral &#8220;O segredo para o sucesso&#8221;, da Cia Sete Belos, teve como resultado a sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos empregados sobre a import\u00e2ncia da preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes no ambiente de trabalho e cuidados com a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Conscientizar os empregados sobre a seguran\u00e7a no trabalho foi o foco do evento. Para isso, n\u00f3s realizamos atividades esportivas e culturais, palestras educativas e oferecemos muito lazer aos participantes&#8221;, destaca o presidente da Cipa e auxiliar administrativo do Sesi Taguatinga, Thiago P\u00e1dua. Segundo ele, essa foi tamb\u00e9m uma forma de integrar os trabalhadores da unidade.<\/p>\n<p>O assistente administrativo do Sesi Reuel Pires ressalta a import\u00e2ncia da a\u00e7\u00e3o para os empregados. &#8220;\u00c9 interessante porque n\u00f3s entramos na sintonia do evento, conhecendo e interagindo com colegas de setores diferentes. Al\u00e9m disso, n\u00f3s tamb\u00e9m aprendemos a nos prevenir de doen\u00e7as e acidentes no ambiente de trabalho&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustentabilidade<\/strong> &#8211; A semana serviu tamb\u00e9m para iniciar trabalhos com pilares na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente e dos seus recursos naturais. A palestra Consumo Consciente, promovida nesta sexta-feira (22), foi o trampolim usado para alavancar a ideia. &#8220;A partir de agora, n\u00f3s estamos aderindo a campanha Eco Sistema Fibra e vamos intensificar a ideia de consumo consciente na unidade&#8221;, explica o presidente da Cipa, ao destacar que recebeu os adesivos sobre consumo consciente que motivaram a campanha.<\/p>\n<p>A assistente administrativa Larissa Cristina de Andrade, que participou da palestra e aprova a iniciativa, conta que passou pelas oficinas de Automaquiagem e Cabelo e, ainda, assistiu a disputa de futsal feminino. &#8220;As atividades foram \u00f3timas iniciativas e trouxeram resultados tanto para a empresa, que ter\u00e1 equipes trabalhando mais conscientes sobre preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes e de outros temas, quanto para os empregados, que agregam conhecimento e cultura&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o contou, ainda, com o show do m\u00e1gico Tio Andr\u00e9, caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, Maratona Mochileiro, Karaok\u00ea, Aul\u00e3o de dan\u00e7a, Gin\u00e1stica laboral, Aula Jump, Massagem expressa, Jogo do stress e Caminhada saud\u00e1vel. As palestras tiveram os temas: Tabagismo, Seguran\u00e7a no Tr\u00e2nsito e DST\/Aids. No encerramento, houve, al\u00e9m da pe\u00e7a teatral, almo\u00e7o cultural e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da equipe da Jovem Pan, com uma s\u00e9rie de atividades e distribuiu brindes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os participantes tamb\u00e9m ganharam, ao longo de toda a semana, batons, mochilas, perfumes e brindes.
