Os empres\u00e1rios da ind\u00fastria do DF tiveram, ontem (31\/5), a oportunidade de participar da palestra Investimento Social Privado, com a renomada soci\u00f3loga Anna Peliano. Trata-se do 3\u00ba Encontro da Rede Sesi Ind\u00fastria Sustent\u00e1vel<\/i> que contou, ainda, com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto Agentes de Responsabilidade Social<\/i>, pela gerente de Responsabilidade Social do Sesi Cear\u00e1, Cybelle Borges. A import\u00e2ncia do tema no cen\u00e1rio socioecon\u00f4mico brasileiro atraiu representantes de diversos setores industriais, lotando a sala plen\u00e1ria do edif\u00edcio-sede da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o das Ind\u00fastrias do Distrito Federal (Fibra).<\/p>\n
Na oportunidade, Anna Peliano mostrou aos presentes dados de uma pesquisa do Instituto de Pesquisa Econ\u00f4mica Aplicada (Ipea), acerca do tema proposto na palestra. Segundo o estudo, 69% das empresas analisadas na primeira d\u00e9cada deste s\u00e9culo – que representa um universo de 870 mil neg\u00f3cios – investem em algum tipo de a\u00e7\u00e3o social para a comunidade. Ao todo, essas empresas aplicam, anualmente, cerca de R$ 6,3 bilh\u00f5es, com recursos pr\u00f3prios. A ind\u00fastria brasileira responde por 18% deste total.<\/p>\n
Ainda segundo o levantamento, 58% das empresas pesquisadas responderam investir em a\u00e7\u00f5es de assist\u00eancia social, enquanto 52% disseram aplicar em programas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e abastecimento. Sa\u00fade (33%); cultura (20%); seguran\u00e7a (19%); educa\u00e7\u00e3o e analfabetismo (16%), esporte (14%), entre outros, s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e1reas de investimento social privado.<\/p>\n
Segundo Anna Peliano, o grande problema diagnosticado na pesquisa \u00e9 que as a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o \u201cmuito pouco institucionalizadas e n\u00e3o fazem parte do planejamento estrat\u00e9gico das empresas\u201d. Para Anna, atitudes como essa podem levar ao \u201cinsucesso\u201d grande parte das a\u00e7\u00f5es sociais.<\/p>\n
Na ocasi\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m foi levantada a necessidade de haver a alian\u00e7a com diversas lideran\u00e7as e o devido alinhamento com as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas j\u00e1 existentes para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es sociais. \u201cSe n\u00e3o houver parcerias na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dessas a\u00e7\u00f5es, nasce o problema da sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos. Assim, a comunidade n\u00e3o evolui e a empresa n\u00e3o consegue atingir o objetivo esperado\u201d, ressalta.<\/p>\n
O estudo revela, ainda, que o setor industrial pouco usa os incentivos fiscais para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es sociais. \u201cO setor de servi\u00e7os est\u00e1, neste aspecto, muito \u00e0 frente do setor industrial. Existem in\u00fameras leis de incentivo que devem ser conhecidas pelo empresariado em geral e utilizadas por eles\u201d, completa.<\/p>\n
Projeto Agentes de Responsabilidade Social<\/b><\/p>\n

No encontro, os presentes puderam conhecer um case<\/i> de sucesso acerca de investimento social privado, j\u00e1 consolidado no estado do Cear\u00e1. O Projeto Agentes de Responsabilidade Social nasceu a partir de uma pesquisa realizada pelo Sesi DR\/CE, em que se diagnosticou que 44% das empresas daquele estado tinham interesse em investir, mas n\u00e3o sabiam como.<\/p>\n
Segundo Cybelle Borges, o Programa \u00e9, portanto, uma estrat\u00e9gia de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do setor empresarial no que diz respeito ao investimento social, por meio da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma rede de representantes das empresas. \u201cEsses representantes, devidamente escolhidos e encaminhados pelas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, ser\u00e3o formados e capacitados para uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o planejada, tanto no tocante \u00e0 busca de solu\u00e7\u00f5es internas, ou seja, metodologias de gest\u00e3o em Responsabilidade Social Empresarial para o neg\u00f3cio, bem como quanto ao engajamento de forma cooperada entre as empresas para o enfrentamento de desafios coletivos\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n
Cybelle ressaltou, na oportunidade, que a Responsabilidade Social Empresarial n\u00e3o \u00e9 exclusiva das grandes empresas. \u201cAs pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas brasileiras respondem por mais de 80% do quantitativo de empresas do Pa\u00eds. Portanto, atuar com responsabilidade social n\u00e3o pode se restringir \u00e0s grande empresas\u201d, diz.<\/p>\n
Segundo a gerente de Responsabilidade Social do Sesi-DF, Rejane Santo, o Sesi-DF estuda a possibilidade de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto Agentes de Responsabilidade Social no DF. \u201cEste \u00e9 um case de sucesso. Portanto, pretendemos traz\u00ea-lo para o departamento do Sesi no Distrito Federal e abrir esta oportunidade para as empresas locais\u201d, antecipa.<\/p>\n
