Com o tema: &#8220;Sustentabilidade para Qualidade de Vida e o Bem-Estar\u201d, o evento beneficiou 16 empresas, como a Brasal Refrigerantes, os Correios, a Gravia e a Cimento Tocantins. Durante toda semana, cerca de 10 mil trabalhadores tiveram a oportunidade de participar de oficinas de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel; apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de bal\u00e9 cl\u00e1ssico; pe\u00e7as de teatro; aulas de gin\u00e1stica laboral; demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a no trabalho, entre outras atividades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre os diversos eventos realizados nas empresas, os empregados da ind\u00fastria Gravia puderam participar, na tarde da \u00faltima quinta-feira (2\/9), da Oficina de Sucos. Na oportunidade, os empregados conheceram mais sobre o aproveitamento total dos alimentos e a import\u00e2ncia de uma boa higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o tanto das frutas, verduras e legumes, como do ambiente e de quem manipula os alimentos. Na ocasi\u00e3o, 25 trabalhadores deixaram por alguns minutos seus postos de trabalho para conhecer receitas que melhoram e reeducam a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, utilizando ferramentas f\u00e1ceis e acess\u00edveis. A oficina faz parte do Programa Cozinha Brasil, do Sesi, que ensina a reutilizar os alimentos aproveitando o m\u00e1ximo de seus nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para a t\u00e9cnica de Seguran\u00e7a do Trabalho, Karina Amorin, iniciativas que como essa, que une conhecimento e bem-estar, s\u00f3 refor\u00e7a a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos funcion\u00e1rios. \u201cNo dia de eventos aqui na empresa, a produtividade aumenta bastante. Todos trabalham com mais \u00e2nimo e mais felizes. \u00c9 muito bom\u201d, diz. J\u00e1 para o funcion\u00e1rio, Francimar Cunha, que h\u00e1 25 anos trabalha na Gravia como auxiliar industrial, \u201cquebrar o ritmo estressante do dia a dia e ainda aprender alguma coisa nova \u00e9 muito bom\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a nutricionista do Programa Cozinha Brasil do Sesi-DF, Estella de Brito, um grande problema de sa\u00fade enfrentado pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o atualmente s\u00e3o as doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas causadas pela m\u00e1 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cPromover dentro das empresas a oportunidade dos funcion\u00e1rios conhecerem uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel \u00e9 um grande passo para a mudan\u00e7a na qualidade de vida dessas pessoas\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A semana de Promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Vida Saud\u00e1vel \u00e9 realizada anualmente pelos Departamentos Regionais do Sesi de todo Pa\u00eds, e tem por objetivo promover qualidade de vida e bem-estar para trabalhadores da ind\u00fastria.
