O Servi\u00e7o Social da Ind\u00fastria do Distrito Federal (Sesi-DF) publicou na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira, 12 de fevereiro, o resultado do edital de gratuidade regulamentar de vagas remanescentes para as 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa s\u00e9ries do Novo Ensino M\u00e9dio na escola de Sobradinho<\/a>. Os aprovados devem ir presencialmente na unidade para efetuar a matr\u00edcula.\"sesi<\/p>\n

O atendimento ser\u00e1 feito na secretaria escolar nos dias 18 e 19 de fevereiro, das 7h30 \u00e0s 18 horas. O n\u00e3o comparecimento \u00e0 escola dentro do prazo implicar\u00e1 na perda da vaga.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio apresentar os originais e entregar as c\u00f3pias dos seguintes documentos:<\/p>\n

Do estudante:<\/em>
– Certid\u00e3o de nascimento
– RG
– CPF
– Hist\u00f3rico escolar ou declara\u00e7\u00e3o de conclus\u00e3o*
– Resultado de exame de sangue com fator RH
– Duas fotos 3×4<\/p>\n

(*Caso o estudante n\u00e3o tenha o documento, poder\u00e1 entreg\u00e1-lo at\u00e9 28 de fevereiro de 2021)<\/p>\n

Do respons\u00e1vel legal:<\/em>
– RG
– CPF
– Comprovante de resid\u00eancia (\u00faltimos tr\u00eas meses)
– Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa renda redigida de pr\u00f3prio punho, manifestando se enquadrar em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa renda, ou documento que comprove ser benefici\u00e1rio do Cadastro \u00danico para Programas Sociais do governo federal<\/p>\n

No ato da efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o da matr\u00edcula, o respons\u00e1vel dever\u00e1 assinar o contrato de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os educacionais e o termo de compromisso escolar para o ano letivo de 2021.<\/p>\n

Em caso de d\u00favidas, o respons\u00e1vel pode entrar em contato com o Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento ao Cliente (SAC) pelo telefone (61) 4042-6565. Durante o Carnaval, a central n\u00e3o funcionar\u00e1 nos dias 15 e 16 de fevereiro e voltar\u00e1 na Quarta-feira de Cinzas, a partir do meio-dia. Nos dias 18 e 19 o atendimento ser\u00e1 das 7h30 \u00e0s 18h30.<\/p>\n
