E a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o tem um papel fundamental nesse processo, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao suprimento de todas as necessidades cal\u00f3ricas do trabalhador, mas como fun\u00e7\u00e3o de prevenir e promover a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Sendo assim o Servi\u00e7o Social da Ind\u00fastria do Distrito Federal (Sesi-DF) busca promover a mudan\u00e7a de comportamento para um estilo de vida com alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e balanceada&nbsp;por um valor abaixo do mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente o Sesi-DF atua nas seguintes frentes:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"unidades-do-sesi-df\/sesi-guara\"><strong>Produ\u00e7\u00e3o e fornecimento de alimentos<\/strong><br \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>As refei\u00e7\u00f5es produzidas na Central de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Alimentos (CPA) primam pela seguran\u00e7a higi\u00eanica no preparo e no transporte, respeitando-se as normas espec\u00edficas dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"educacao\/educacao-continuada-ead\/presencial\">Curso presencial \u2013 Boas pr\u00e1ticas de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O curso foi desenvolvido para auxiliar os profissionais diretamente envolvidos no preparo, armazenamento e venda de alimentos de forma adequada, higi\u00eanica e segura, com o objetivo de oferecer alimentos saud\u00e1veis aos consumidores. O p\u00fablico-alvo do curso s\u00e3o microempreendedores individuais, micro e pequenas empresas do ramo da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, auxiliares de cozinha, cozinheiros, chefs de cozinha e afins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Alimentar e Nutricional<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201cA Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Alimentar e Nutricional (EAN), no contexto da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Direito Humano \u00e0 Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Adequada e da garantia da Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar e Nutricional, \u00e9 um campo de conhecimento e de pr\u00e1tica cont\u00ednua e permanente, transdisciplinar, intersetorial, multiprofissional que visa promover a pr\u00e1tica aut\u00f4noma e volunt\u00e1ria de h\u00e1bitos alimentares saud\u00e1veis. A pr\u00e1tica da EAN deve fazer uso de abordagens e recursos educacionais problematizadores e ativos que favore\u00e7am o di\u00e1logo junto a indiv\u00edduos e grupos populacionais, considerando todas as fases do curso da vida, etapas do sistema alimentar e as intera\u00e7\u00f5es e significados que comp\u00f5em o comportamento alimentar\u201d .
