O encontro dos profissionais de educa&ccedil;&atilde;o aconteceu em julho deste ano, na unidade integrada SESI\/SENAI de Sobradinho. Segundo a gerente de Educa&ccedil;&atilde;o do SESI-DF, Learice Alencar, o objetivo do planejamento &eacute; desenvolver os projetos para o pr&oacute;ximo ano, contando com o empenho e compromisso de todos. &ldquo;Em nossa reuni&atilde;o abordamos a realiza&ccedil;&atilde;o de trabalhos, atividades e a&ccedil;&otilde;es, vislumbrando a constru&ccedil;&atilde;o do or&ccedil;amento de 2016. Por isso come&ccedil;amos com a palestra, para sensibilizar e chamar aten&ccedil;&atilde;o sobre o que est&aacute; acontecendo no mercado de trabalho e no mundo, e, assim, entender todas essas quest&otilde;es na hora de colocar no papel nosso planejamento&rdquo;, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-10169\" style=\"margin: 10px; float: right;\" title=\"Professores do SESI no Planejamento Pedag&oacute;gico para 2016\" src=\"https:\/\/sistemafibra.alexholanda.com.br\/sesi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/professores-do-sesi-no-planejamento-pedagogico-para-2016.jpg\" alt=\"Professores do SESI no Planejamento Pedag&oacute;gico para 2016\" width=\"448\" height=\"297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sistemafibra.alexholanda.com.br\/sesi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/professores-do-sesi-no-planejamento-pedagogico-para-2016.jpg 448w, https:\/\/sistemafibra.alexholanda.com.br\/sesi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/professores-do-sesi-no-planejamento-pedagogico-para-2016-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sob o tema &ldquo;Avaliando, priorizando, redirecionando e focando na gest&atilde;o escolar efetiva&rdquo;, o administrador de empresas, Robertson Moreira de S&aacute;, ministrou palestra e abordou aspectos importantes no &acirc;mbito educacional e na esfera de neg&oacute;cios educacionais. &ldquo;Existe uma coisa que vem sendo estudada h&aacute; muito tempo, que &eacute; a quest&atilde;o de separar um pouco o que &eacute; fazer gest&atilde;o educacional e gest&atilde;o do neg&oacute;cio educa&ccedil;&atilde;o. &Eacute; uma linha muito t&ecirc;nue entre uma coisa e outra, ent&atilde;o acredito que o maior benef&iacute;cio dessas &aacute;reas &eacute; libertar o profissional para a &aacute;rea que ele tem mais aptid&atilde;o, assim a empresa encontrar&aacute; sucesso em seus afazeres&rdquo;, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Robertson de S&aacute; tamb&eacute;m considerou importante destacar &ldquo;a import&acirc;ncia de uma gest&atilde;o educacional criativa em tempos de recess&atilde;o econ&ocirc;mica&rdquo;, uma vez que ser&aacute; preciso otimizar recursos sem deixar que a qualidade do ensino seja prejudicada.
