Em consequ\u00eancia do comportamento positivo da atividade do setor, o mercado de trabalho da constru\u00e7\u00e3o mostra-se levemente aquecido: o indicador de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de empregados alcan\u00e7ou em 50,9 pontos e o do n\u00edvel de atividade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao usual situou&#8211;se em 49,2 pontos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assim, os entrevistados demonstraram otimismo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos pr\u00f3ximos seis meses. De acordo com a sondagem de expectativas, os empres\u00e1rios do setor esperam aumentar o n\u00edvel de atividade e contratar mais empregados. O indicador de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de empregados situou-se em 61,9 pontos em dezembro frente aos 59,6 da sondagem anterior. O Custo Unit\u00e1rio B\u00e1sico do Distrito Federal por metro quadrado (CUB-DF\/m\u00b2), \u00edndice pesquisado mensalmente pelo Sinduscon-DF, iniciou 2012 em alta. Na compara\u00e7\u00e3o janeiro\/dezembro, o CUB subiu 1,40%, elevando o pre\u00e7o do m\u00b2 constru\u00eddo para R$ 898,50. Segundo o sindicato, a varia\u00e7\u00e3o positiva no m\u00eas \u00e9 resultado do aumento de, aproximadamente, 6% na m\u00e3o de obra. No per\u00edodo, o custo da constru\u00e7\u00e3o no DF incluiu R$ 438,06 (48,75%) de despesas com m\u00e3o de obra; R$ 392,79 (43,72%) referentes aos materiais; R$ 62,27 (6,93%) \u00e0s despesas administrativas e R$ 5,37 (0,60%) aos equipamenos.
