Previstas na Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), essas normas enumeram as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e os direitos de empregadores e trabalhadores para prevenir doen\u00e7as e acidentes.<\/p>\n<p>A atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o vem sendo realizada pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Tripartite Parit\u00e1ria Permanente, formada por representantes do governo, de empregadores e de empregados. At\u00e9 agora, uma NR foi revogada e duas foram alteradas. Nos tr\u00eas casos, houve consenso. Al\u00e9m da discuss\u00e3o na comiss\u00e3o, as pr\u00f3ximas altera\u00e7\u00f5es passar\u00e3o por consulta p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs medidas visam garantir a seguran\u00e7a do trabalhador e regras mais claras, que estimulem a economia e gerem mais emprego e renda. \u00c9 um processo de harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, explicou o advogado e consultor Clovis Queiroz, <a href=\"sala-de-imprensa\/noticias\/2054-industriais-reunem-se-na-fibra-para-discutir-mudancas-que-atingem-o-setor?highlight=WyJxdWVpcm96Il0=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ao falar sobre o tema durante o Encontro com Empres\u00e1rios, realizado em 20 de agosto<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No primeiro semestre, existiam 37 normas regulamentadoras de sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a no trabalho no Brasil. No fim de julho, a NR 2, que tratava da inspe\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via, foi revogada. Essa norma exigia que todo novo estabelecimento, antes de iniciar as atividades, passasse por inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscalizadores.<\/p>\n<p>A NR 1, que se refere \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais sobre sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a, passou por altera\u00e7\u00f5es. Ela agora permite o aproveitamento total ou parcial de treinamentos quando um trabalhador muda de emprego e assume atividades semelhantes \u00e0s anteriores. A NR 1 tamb\u00e9m permite que o trabalhador suspenda o servi\u00e7o ao constatar risco. Antes, esse direito estava restrito a algumas normas, mas agora \u00e9 prevista em um conceito geral e aplic\u00e1vel a todas as outras normas.<\/p>\n<p>A NR 12, sobre m\u00e1quinas e equipamentos, tamb\u00e9m foi revisada. Com o novo texto, m\u00e1quinas compradas no exterior que tenham certifica\u00e7\u00e3o internacional n\u00e3o precisar\u00e3o mais se adequar \u00e0 norma brasileira quando esta n\u00e3o fizer detalhamentos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consultas p\u00fablicas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As outras normas regulamentadoras de sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a no trabalho passar\u00e3o por consulta p\u00fablica \u2013 instrumento de participa\u00e7\u00e3o social para obter opini\u00f5es e cr\u00edticas da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
