A ideia \u00e9 que os representantes das empresas n\u00e3o precisem mais comparecer ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o e resolvam tudo pelo <a href=\"http:\/\/jcdf.mdic.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">site<\/a>. Os prazos s\u00e3o escalonados e seguem <a href=\"http:\/\/jcdf.mdic.gov.br:8040\/clientes\/jcdf\/jcdf\/documentos\/portarias\/resolucao-de-plenario_cronograma.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cronograma<\/a> aprovado em julho pelo vocalato (conjunto de vogais).<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 26 de agosto, os livros mercantis s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o aceitos em formato digital. As empresas que ainda quiserem entreg\u00e1-los em papel dever\u00e3o protocol\u00e1-los pessoalmente na Junta at\u00e9 23 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Registros de atas, altera\u00e7\u00f5es e extin\u00e7\u00f5es de sociedades an\u00f4nimas e de cooperativas dever\u00e3o ser feitos de forma eletr\u00f4nica a partir de 30 de setembro. At\u00e9 16 de dezembro, todos os tipos de atos societ\u00e1rios estar\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos na regra. Assim, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio que as empresas tenham certificado digital para envio das informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Os documentos apresentados antes dessas datas para os quais a equipe da Junta tenha solicitado mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es ainda poder\u00e3o ser apresentados em papel at\u00e9 30 dias ap\u00f3s a retirada do protocolo. Caso esse prazo seja ultrapassado, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1ria abertura de novo processo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA evolu\u00e7\u00e3o nos servi\u00e7os de atendimento da Junta Comercial vai se refletir diretamente na melhoria do ambiente de neg\u00f3cios no Distrito Federal, trazendo agilidade para os processos e reduzindo a burocracia no relacionamento entre as empresas e a autarquia\u201d, defende Walid Sariedine, que assumiu a presid\u00eancia da Junta <a href=\"sala-de-imprensa\/noticias\/2024-walid-sariedine-e-nomeado-presidente-da-junta-comercial-do-df\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">depois que o \u00f3rg\u00e3o deixou de ser administrado pelo governo federal e foi transferido para o governo local<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Outra mudan\u00e7a para diminuir a burocracia foi a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de um protocolo \u00fanico para processos, de forma que tenham um s\u00f3 n\u00famero de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o durante toda a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o. A medida passou a valer em 18 de julho.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transfer\u00eancia para o DF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Junta Comercial do DF era ligada \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o. A mudan\u00e7a foi feita pela Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 861, de 4 de dezembro de 2018. Em mar\u00e7o, a Junta foi incorporada \u00e0 estrutura do governo do Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n<p><span>Com a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sinj.df.gov.br\/sinj\/Norma\/11ed1c281e974b10a5c3f26b5821e2cd\/Lei_6315_27_06_2019.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lei n\u00ba 6.315, de 27 de junho de 2019<\/a>, a Junta Comercial, Industrial e Servi\u00e7os do DF tornou-se uma autarquia local, vinculada \u00e0 Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A Junta continua funcionando no Setor de Autarquias Sul, Quadra 2, Lote 1\/A, subsolo. Desde 5 de agosto, o atendimento \u00e9 de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h30 \u00e0s 15 horas.
