Ainda \u00e9 poss\u00edvel se manifestar sobre o texto. O envio de contribui\u00e7\u00f5es pode ser feito at\u00e9 as 17h desta sexta-feira, 18 de maio, pelo e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:ap_005_2018@adasa.df.gov.br.\">ap_005_2018@adasa.df.gov.br.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A outorga d\u00e1 a uma pessoa ou empresa o direito de uso da \u00e1gua, por prazo e termos determinados. O ato administrativo pode ser na forma de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, de despacho ou de registro.&nbsp;\u00c9 permitido a deriva\u00e7\u00e3o ou a capta\u00e7\u00e3o em corpo h\u00eddrico (lagos, rios, riachos, nascentes), a extra\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua subterr\u00e2nea (po\u00e7o artesiano), o lan\u00e7amento de efluentes e de \u00e1guas pluviais, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de barragens, a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua por meio de caminh\u00e3o-pipa e o desassoreamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com a minuta da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, a outorga de \u00e1gua ser\u00e1 organizada nas seguintes atividades:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Aquicultura: cria\u00e7\u00e3o de peixes, de moluscos, de crust\u00e1ceos, de anf\u00edbios e de plantas aqu\u00e1ticas em tanques<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Comercial: estabelecimentos comerciais de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os onde o uso de \u00e1gua \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Abastecimento humano: \u00e1gua destinada \u00e0 ingest\u00e3o, \u00e0 prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos, para higiene pessoal, limpeza e a outras demandas b\u00e1sicas da propriedade<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Cria\u00e7\u00e3o animal: uso nos processos de cria\u00e7\u00e3o e engorda de animais<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Irriga\u00e7\u00e3o de culturas e pastagens: aumento da produtividade na agropecu\u00e1ria<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Irriga\u00e7\u00e3o paisag\u00edstica: jardins, gramados, composi\u00e7\u00e3o paisag\u00edstica de propriedades (fontes, espelhos d\u00b4\u00e1gua, cascatas, chafarizes) e outros<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Industrial ou na constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil: \u00e1gua como insumo no processo produtivo industrial, na refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o e no combate a inc\u00eandios em empreendimentos industriais, bem como na execu\u00e7\u00e3o de obra na constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil e em atividades semelhantes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No caso da ind\u00fastria, o solicitante da outorga dever\u00e1 apresentar o memorial descritivo e a justificativa t\u00e9cnica do empreendimento, o fluxograma simplificado do processo industrial (fases em que se utiliza a \u00e1gua e o balan\u00e7o h\u00eddrico das etapas) e o demonstrativo de c\u00e1lculo das necessidades de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participaram da audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica desta ter\u00e7a-feira Ant\u00f4nio&nbsp;Carlos&nbsp;Navarro, representante da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o da Ind\u00fastrias do DF (Fibra) no Conselho de Recursos H\u00eddricos do DF, e a suplente Ana Paula Machado Pessoa, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 gerente da Diretoria de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Texto:<\/strong> Dayane dos Santos<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Foto:<\/strong> Tony Winston\/Ag\u00eancia Bras\u00edlia<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (15), a Ag\u00eancia Reguladora de \u00c1guas, Energia e Saneamento do Distrito Federal (Adasa) realizou, no audit\u00f3rio da sede do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica para debater a minuta da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o que estabelecer\u00e1 valores de refer\u00eancia para outorga de uso de recursos h\u00eddricos no Distrito Federal.
