O\u00a0GDF deu in\u00edcio,\u00a0no dia 22 de setembro,\u00a0\u00e0s obras de infraestrutura do Setor Habitacional Noroeste, o primeiro bairro ecol\u00f3gico do Brasil, com investimentos de R$ 144,8 milh\u00f5es. As construtoras CD Engenharia, Basevi, Trier e Via Engenharia venceram o processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o e dever\u00e3o entregar o local urbanizado dentro de 18 meses. O governo local usar\u00e1 parte dos R$ 675,4 milh\u00f5es obtidos com as duas primeiras licita\u00e7\u00f5es de terrenos realizadas em janeiro e mar\u00e7o deste ano. Na pr\u00f3xima quinta-feira (24), ser\u00e3o colocadas em disputa mais 30 proje\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Para marcar o processo de urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o do Noroeste, o governador Jos\u00e9 Roberto Arruda e o vice-governador Paulo Oct\u00e1vio promoveram uma cerim\u00f4nia de assinatura das ordens de servi\u00e7o no terreno onde em janeiro deste ano serviu de marco para o lan\u00e7amento do bairro mais sofisticado e que ter\u00e1 o metro quadrado de \u00e1rea constru\u00edda como sendo um dos mais caros do Pa\u00eds. Os recursos ser\u00e3o repassados pela Companhia Imobili\u00e1ria de Bras\u00edlia (Terracap) por meio de conv\u00eanios firmados com a Secretaria de Estado de Obras e a Novacap.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs obras come\u00e7am hoje e n\u00e3o param mais. Aqui n\u00e3o teremos os mesmos problemas verificados no Sudoeste e em \u00c1guas Claras\u201d, afirmou Arruda, de microfone em punho, arrancando aplausos de simpatizantes e empres\u00e1rios que participaram da cerim\u00f4nia. O governador referiu-se aos dois bairros da capital federal cujas constru\u00e7\u00f5es se iniciaram sem a exist\u00eancia de infraestrutura.<\/p>\n

As obras no Noroeste<\/strong> <\/p>\n

De acordo com a Terracap, as obras de infraestrutura englobam o sistema vi\u00e1rio do bairro, inclusive com abertura de ruas, pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o com asfalto e blocos de concreto, meios-fios, gramados, sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das vias e drenagem pluvial. As obras ser\u00e3o numa \u00e1rea de 830 mil metros quadrados e come\u00e7am pelas dez primeiras quadras j\u00e1 licitadas. \u201cIsso equivale a 83 campos de futebol\u201d, vangloriou-se Arruda.<\/p>\n

No in\u00edcio da solenidade, o governador destacou a import\u00e2ncia da parceria entre o GDF e o setor privado. Arruda destacou o apoio recebido pelo presidente do Sinduscon-DF, \u00c9lson Ribeiro e Povoa, e da Ademi-DF, Adalberto Cleber Valad\u00e3o. Ele contou que, no in\u00edcio de seu governo, em 2007, manteve reuni\u00f5es com os empres\u00e1rios e, a partir dos entendimentos, o projeto do Setor Noroeste ganhou forma com \u201ca supera\u00e7\u00e3o das burocracias em tempo recorde\u201d. E acrescentou: \u201cConseguimos porque trabalhamos juntos. O que fizemos em Bras\u00edlia foi gerar mais empregos.\u201d<\/p>\n

Arruda enfatizou que, \u201cquando o governo faz obras\u201d, os investimentos s\u00e3o traduzidos na melhora da cidade e \u201cporque empregamos tamb\u00e9m carpinteiros, pedreiros, dentre outros profissionais\u201d. Do tablado onde discursava, o governador buscou informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os primeiros empreendimentos das construtoras. A Brasal lan\u00e7ou uma edifica\u00e7\u00e3o de 84 apartamentos e, em apenas tr\u00eas dias, vendeu 80 unidades, equivalente a 95,23% do projeto. A Via Engenharia informou o lan\u00e7amento de tr\u00eas blocos.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c9 por isso que a crise financeira mundial fez uma curva e n\u00e3o passou em Bras\u00edlia. Estamos com 1.923 obras em curso no DF. Outro dia fui conversar com um empres\u00e1rio sobre se ele teria condi\u00e7\u00f5es de cumprir o contrato, e me informou que em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da demanda das obras, estava com dificuldades de m\u00e1quinas\u201d, explicou Arruda, para ilustrar o boom do setor da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil da capital brasileira.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a cerim\u00f4nia, Arruda e Paulo Oct\u00e1vio, na companhia dos empres\u00e1rios e oper\u00e1rios, se deslocaram at\u00e9 os tratores que foram acionados como forma de marcar o come\u00e7o das obras de infraestrutura. Apenas as construtoras que v\u00e3o trabalhar na urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o do bairro oferecer\u00e3o dois mil empregos diretos e indiretos em dois anos e meio.<\/p>\n
