Segundo Lui, a maior parte dos recursos do fundo vêm do governo da Noruega (96%), seguido do governo da Alemanha (3,5%) e da Petrobras (0,5%).<\/p>\n
Hoje são apoiados 80 projetos. O montante de recursos do fundo atualmente é de pouco mais de R$ 1,2 bilhão. Devem chegar a US$ 2 bilhões até o fim do ano. “Esses recursos são destinados a três linhas de projetos: comando e controle; ordenamento territorial; e fomento a atividades produtivas sustentáveis”, explicou Lui.<\/p>\n
ENERGIA SOLAR –<\/strong> Outro debate na reunião do Coema foi sobre o potencial e a viabilidade da geração solar de energia. O secretário de Meio Ambiente e de Recursos Hídricos do Distrito Federal, André Lima, anunciou que o governo do DF pretende transformar Brasília em uma “cidade solar”. No entanto, destacou que entre os desafios está a complexidade e a morosidade do processo de licenciamento ambiental. “O licenciamento ambiental é um gargalo que devemos enfrentar com coragem e sabedoria”, disse.<\/p>\nO diretor da Associação Brasileira de Distribuidores de Energia Elétrica (Abradee), Daniel Mendonça, alertou sobre a importância de se regulamentar o rearranjo do sistema elétrico contemplando as energias renováveis.<\/p>\n
Também participaram do evento o primeiro vice-presidente da Fibra, Elson Póvoa, o gerente-executivo de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade da CNI, Shelley Carneiro, e o vice-presidente do Fórum de Meio Ambiente do Setor Elétrico (FMASE), Marcelo Moraes.<\/p>\n
