Os d&eacute;bitos, contra&iacute;dos at&eacute; 31 de dezembro de 2014, devem ser renegociados entre os dias 1&ordm; de outubro a 30 de novembro.<\/p>\n<p>Com o programa, os contribuintes v&atilde;o poder pagar d&eacute;bitos tribut&aacute;rios atrasados com descontos de at&eacute; 99% sobre juros e multas, al&eacute;m de retornar &agrave; condi&ccedil;&atilde;o de adimplente. Para empres&aacute;rios que regularizarem o pagamento de tributos, h&aacute; benef&iacute;cios. A quita&ccedil;&atilde;o de d&eacute;bitos &eacute; essencial para participa&ccedil;&atilde;o em licita&ccedil;&otilde;es p&uacute;blicas, financiamentos com bancos e recebimentos de incentivos fiscais.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira fase do programa durou 107 dias entre os dias 16 de mar&ccedil;o a 30 de junho. A forma de negocia&ccedil;&atilde;o segue o mesmo padr&atilde;o do Refis anterior. A repactua&ccedil;&atilde;o de d&iacute;vidas pode ser feita nas&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fazenda.df.gov.br\/area.cfm?id_area=789\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ag&ecirc;ncias da Receita do DF<\/a>, abertas das 12h30 &agrave;s 18h30, e nos pontos de atendimento da Fazenda nos&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nahora.df.gov.br\/unidades.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">postos do Na Hora<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Para formalizar a negocia&ccedil;&atilde;o, &eacute; necess&aacute;rio apresentar documentos pessoais ou da empresa. Antes de sair de casa, o cidad&atilde;o pode consultar, na op&ccedil;&atilde;o Atendimento do site da secretaria, o&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fazenda.df.gov.br\/area.cfm?id_area=880\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tempo estimado de espera<\/a>&nbsp;em cada uma das ag&ecirc;ncias.<\/p>\n<p>Outra op&ccedil;&atilde;o &eacute; usar a internet, via&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fazenda.df.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">site<\/a>&nbsp;da Secretaria de Fazenda. Ao clicar no banner do programa, o contribuinte &eacute; direcionado &agrave;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fazenda.df.gov.br\/area.cfm?id_area=866\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p&aacute;gina exclusiva<\/a>&nbsp;do sistema, onde escolher&aacute; a modalidade de atendimento &mdash; pessoa f&iacute;sica ou jur&iacute;dica.
